About Gina

Gina Patel (she/her) is an award-winning South Asian disabled advocate with fifteen years of leadership shaped by lived experience, with work centred on advocating for marginalised communities including serving as the least senior and youngest serving staff network co-chair for the disability community at her employer’s disability network. She has devised two respective social media campaign reaching 100,000 social media impressions and 10 Downing Street. Her website with international presence is ranked #1 on Google, followed by her LinkedIn profile ranked #2 and her international Brainz article #3. Alongside international coverage, She have been featured in national, regional and local media. She previously delivered Disability and Ambitions at TEDxWolverhampton reaching to date over 1,900 views on Youtube.
